Code of Conduct

HONOR, COURAGE, COMMITMENT

1. Club members are forbidden from participation in any sponsored activity while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Failure will result in arrest by the local POLICE DEPARTMENT and charges will be filed against you.

2. The use of profanity and or obscene gestures is prohibited by any club member during sanctioned activities.

3. Club members are prohibited from participation if dues, fines or other financial obligations are owed to the team.

4. Players will be required to attend at least two (2) weekly practice before being allowed to participate in weekend scheduled contests (unless excused).

5. Any acts of indecent or objectionable demonstrations will result in suspension or expulsion from the team.

6. Fighting, taunting or verbal attacks on another is expressly forbidden and is subject to team suspension/expulsion at the Staff’s discretion.

7. No fraternization with the Cheer team.

8. Players must return any and all Knights owned equipment which are issued or loaned for the purpose of practice or game conditions.

9. Violations of the following infractions will result in an automatic dismissal from the team:
a) Any known or suspected involvement with illegal drugs. ZERO TOLERANCE

b) Fighting or threaten any team member, member of the coaching staff or
administrative members.

c) Leaving the football field and team during a game.

d) Objectionable dissent or demeanor against the team (bad mouthing the team to
any extent)

e) Any fighting or threats involving an official, spectators or other community
figure before, during or after a game or practice.

10. It shall be the sole discretion of the Knights staff to administer discipline for team infractions.

11. Each Knights will volunteer at least 10 hours of community service onto the community in which you play.

Practice

4 unexcused absences from training camp/preseason = Cut from the team.

1st unexcused absence from weekly practice during season = warning and/or benched for 1st quarter

2nd unexcused absence from weekly practice during season = benched for 1st quarter or benched for 1st half

3rd unexcused absence from weekly practice during season = benched for 1st half or benched for entire game

4th unexcused absence from weekly practice during season = benched for entire game or dismissal from the team
